Hey everyone,

I'm rather new to the PCSX2 scene, and am not sure what I am going to be able to accomplish as far as settings go with a laptop as I really don't know how much processing power PS2 emulation takes.

That being said, I'm currently running Yakuza on 2x native (D3D11) without any slowdown, but if I bring it to 1920x1080 I get significant slow down, and have tried various speed hacks. I'm assuming I wont be able to achieve 1920x1080 unfortunately but I'm wondering if someone can help me with my settings so I can get the most out of what I have?

Windows 7 Premium
i7-4700MQ
8 Gigs of Ram
What GPU?
google says. intel hd 4600er. plus GeForce® GT755M 2GB.

check if it's running on the geforce. refer to nvidia control center guide to set it up.
Yup, Intel hd 4600 and GT750M
Well before you give up.

Set your power profile on plugged in to high performance.

Make sure that pcxs2 is whitelisted in the nvidia control panel for Optimus.

Then try again.
It wasn't running on the geforce, i fixed that with noticeable improvement. It slows down to about 80% during battles now on mVU @ 1920x1080 and 90% on MTVU. So close Sad
