Some videos, my firend´s pc that has a pentium and has the same performance as mine. And an old core2duo from a friend that runs better the games than my i7, including pcsx2 And this guy who runs dead rising 3 on pcs that doesn´t has the minimum specs to run the game and they run better than my notebook:

dead rising 3 isn't an emulated PS2 game.
comparing this to emulation is ridiculous.
Problem is : if your friend's CPU's has a better STR than yours, then it's better for pcsx2.
That's why I asked for proof.
I actually wanted to know what you called "old pcs". An "old PC" doesn't necessary mean "less powerful"

My 1st gen i7 (STP ~1475 iirc) is outdone by my friend's 4th gen celeron (STP~1650+). That burns me. But that is how this works :
ou would need to look at the STP of the chip like jaselvein says

Those days i was runing gran turismo 4 on pcsx2 on my dell inpiron 15r 5537. The game was running prety well, becase i formated my notebook, so i wanted to try Wrc Rally evolved, that used to run slowly before i format my notebok. The opening and the menu were runing normaly, but when i enter in the level, the game runs well, but with many black lines in the screen, what makes difficult to play. I tried to change the graphics card (i have an intel hd 4400 and an amd radeon 8850m), i tried to change the directx from 11 to 9, and many settings. I Atacched a screenshot of the lines in the game. And sorry for my english, i am brazilian.
just use direct3d hardware ... in game, enable HW hack with skip draw 1
My Gameplay WRC Revolved

My Gameplay WRC Revolved
In your gameplay, i saw that in pcsx2 1.4.0 the performance is worse than the 1.3.5. Do you recomend me to install this version ? And the game is running prety fast in 30 fps on your gameplay, why in my notebook 30 and 40 fps is in slow motion ?
Edit: where i can find the version 1.5.1 ? I can just find 1.4.0
Build 1.5.0-1509
WRC Evolved works is fine, but FOG rendering without depth transparency
OGL - DX11 Hardware
Skipdraw1 - Software \ Skipdraw make broke fmv in main menu
It should be fine in OGL Hardware mode. Make sure you don't have Depth Emulation disabled in HW Hacks, and blending unit accuracy is set to Basic or High.

Update. Fixed only Skipdraw 1.
OGL accuracy, depth dis. and etc - no effect
Did you use native multiplier or custom resolution ?
