you've got 2 issues.

Firstly they are all commented out (the // means comment)
Secondly, you will need to convert them all as they are raw codes at the moment. Check out the tools section for ominconvert and other tools to help

First // infont of a code means,disable it
Second,the codes are not raw and definitely not pnach format
And as a bonus omniconvert and maxconvert can't decrypt those codes

These codes seem to be for the Gamecube version of this game...

I can see two errors about this.

First one, the codes can't be active with the // before the lines.

Second one, these codes aren't in RAW format. You need to convert them (with omniconvert, for example).

Your codes then will be like this.

Hmm yes,I didn't even look at anything other than the codes in the forum I find the codes.
The codes are for the GameCube version of the game(as FlatOut said)

or maybe wrong place dude ... you must put pnach file in cheat folder where you instal PCSX2

depends.
did the OP install the binary version or the standard one ?

exactly tells you that he either used the installer or manually changed the cheats location.

Please put the cheat in 'C:\Users\~\Documents\PCSX2\cheats' because this is the place where pcsx2 is looking for.

stop with the .pnach location.
It's not the problem since

If pcsx2 found it, it's in the right location. The problem lies within the pnach file.
