I'm using a DS3 controller with SCP + lilypad pcsx2 plugin.
The best way to get proper ps2 controller feel, I suggest you invest in a used ds3 or even a new one.

Isn't using a genuine ps2 controller the best way to get a proper ps2 controller feel?
Just sayin'
Anyway, you can find DS2 to USB controller adapters everywhere for a penny, so it's a matter of how much do you want to spend on it.

Unless they're clearly branded, you can't really tell. I bought a really cheap brandless one online, and it works perfectly.
