weird because I have win7 x64 , running FF type 0 HD and maxthon, it only takes 2.78Gb RAM
@OP : anyways, GPU is more important when it comes to pc gaming. But emulation relies more on cpu raw power, most of the time

The gpu is more important on PC games,not emulators(the cpu still matters for PC games but not as much as the gpu)
I was searching and I found that my motherboard is a ECS-G41T-M7, it supported Intel Core 2 Quad and 8 GBs of RAM, but I don't know it is worth to buy both things or it is better to buy other board and start from scratch?
