When i run the first time setup it gets to a certain point and crashes .-. no clue if its my Operating system or if im just really really dumb
It starts to load the plugins but when it gets to gsdx32-avx.dll it freezes and crashes
delete it.

Delete the DLL file or the actual Program .-.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

all settings are default and specs are listed on my profile i just deleted most of the 32 bit plugins like i was told

'most of' ??
You only had to delete that one plugin that was giving problems at the startup. (And most likely GSdx32-AVX2.dll as well, but no more than that)
