Did you uninstall the x86 version and try to install it again? That is saying you already have it installed.

if you talking about the aio install in my link you right click the file you downloaded (Visual C++ Redist Installer V43) and pick run as admin
i did that and it still didn't work
the installer didnt work or the errors are still happen, if error are still happen something in the OS is probably corrupt
