Hello everybody...i'm new here and i need some help...when i run PCSX2 the file  is missing......do you know where i can replace it ?

I've done that 5 times and when it finishes it shows me this

Before you try to install make sure you have Admin rights. If so, try restarting your PC and the try to re-instasll(with Admin Rights). If that doesn't work then make sure you have your drivers up to date and your DX up to date as well. Also, Make sure the language macth that of your default.

I had this issue after installing windows 10 on my system. Upgrade not fresh install. You need to uninstall it completely and even registry entries. Things can break then reinstall.
What language are you using for your OS? If it isn't English then you need to install the correct language.
