Is there a way to utilize frame skipping so that you can play a game that's running at 20-30 fps at full speed, by simply skipping every 2nd or third frame? As if you were playing an online game at 20-30 fps. Despite reading the configuration guide and some tinkering I have absolutely no idea how to use the frame skipper. The only thing I've seen it do is completely black out my screen sometimes.

There are other thing that need to be done too,it's not just render a frame.
Switch to None for Renderer in GSdx settings and if you don't see the speed you want,frame skipping will not help you
