Open the file and type it in there and then save it. It's in the inis directory.

I just added it in both the 0.9.8 and 1.4.0 files. Still does the same things 1.4.0 gives me black screen and 0.9.8 lags at main menu.

what if you use a real GPU ?

a.) I probably don't have enough money
b.) I'm afraid that I might break my computer.

Then you probably won't have any other choice than using software mode.
But it'll be slow

I suggest you keep playing on your ps2 until you can afford a decent PC.

How much are you willing to spend? You can get a GTX 1060 or 970 for around $200. They're on the lower end of the high range cards, but they run things pretty well.

It's hard to do that. You basically just plug it into the motherboard and download some drivers and you're all set.
