This is for the people on Skylake CPUs, the appveyor vs2013 builds used to provide a fast alternative to the ofificial pcsx2 witj software rendering. Now for some reason, they are even slower than the official builds in software. Can someone take a look at this?
Could you bisect and find the commit which caused the regression in speed?
Actually, it's still faster than the official software, but MGS3 is the only game that runs slower than in the vc2015 build. I believe it started around a month ago.
Again, if you don't provide any substantial info to find the culprit, it will never be fixed/improved.
