Hi

I need some help with the settings to make my games run the best they can, but can't find the right mix.

CPU: Intel i5-6200 @ 2.3GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520
RAM: 4 GB

I need to run the Direct3D11 (Hardware) renderer as it will crash otherwise.
I also need to run 'Blend tff' as otherwise the game will flicker.

Any help would be appreciated

OS: Windows 10 (64-Bit)

I am running version 1.4.0

All settings are default except for 'Blend tff' Interlacing, getting 15-20 fps

Trying to play 'NASCAR Thunder 2004' from an ISO
an STR below 1600 may be a bit weak to emulate a game like Nascar.
That said, make sure you aren't running on batteries, set windows power plan to performance mode, and enable recommended speedhacks.
that should help a bit. can't guarantee you'll get 60 fps on that CPU, though

What speedhacks would be recommended?
the ones with [recommended] in their tooltip
