Is there any Chance for a Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence 60fps code for the PAL version (or more akin to the base fps of that version a 50fps code)?

I want to cheat 60 fps for the game "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban". Since no one else has done it, I wanted to make a cheat myself. I understand that I will not succeed, but still, how do you do 60 fps cheats (approximately)?

Harry Potter to Himitsu no Heya(Coca Cola Original version)

Does anyone have the 60FPS code for Silent Hill 2 Greatest Hits (v2. 01)? Changed CRC and tried to copy the slow-mo code and also the code from the SH2 vanilla but it never works. The vanilla one works great. Thank you!

Did you find one? I was just asking for the same file. That version has the secret ending and has multiple languages
