that did work actually! sorta. killing it completely gets me a 4fps speedup. can't think of anything else besides downscaling to decrease the load on my GPU at this point.
Yes custom resolution isn't supported.

good to know. I added that and the few other glitches that remain to the PCSX2 wiki. one more question just because I'm curious: what causes this? it's not a problem in software mode.
It is a texture cache limitation. I'm afraid we can't do better.
do you know if there's any way to fix this?
this is with TC offset at 500x500 and it helps a bit. increasing the values past that helps with the white lines but ruins the rest of the picture.
I don't know what is the issue. But I doubt rendering could be improved further (it is already a huge improvement
).

yeah PCSX2 sure has come a long way! it's just Haunting Ground is a very tricky game with so many problems. but thanks to 1.5.0 most of them are fixed.
the issue is white outlines appearing on screen. in the first pic they are on the stairs and in the second pic they are on the buttom of the screen and the chair.
Maybe the future half pixel offset could help

(hw hacks is just tc offset 500x500)
guess there's nothing that can be done but it's fine it runs at 60fps 90% of the time.
thanks so much for all that you do btw! was finally able to play Fatal Frame in hardware mode with no problems it was amazing.
This actually worked for me! Thank You! I can now play safely with the shadows and blurriness gone!
