I use version 1.4.0
Everything is default, i can start the game (Budokai Tenkaichi 3, EU version)
but i cannot do anything, the game does not respond to my keyboard, here are my controller plugin settings:

By default no keys are set so it's normal that nothing works
Did you set your keys in Pad 1?

If yes,try switching to the other Keyboard APIs and reconfigure the keys
