Hi guys i need help, My computer is not running at 60 fps midnight club, wanted to know why, my settings are: Motherboard: asus M5A97, Video Card: 360 radeon, Processor: AMD FX 8320E Eight core 3.20GHZ, Memory RAM: 16GB Hypex.
Ps: I play batllefield 1 on high.

Your processor is fairly weak for PCSX2. But we can't help you further until you share your (non-default) PCSX2 settings.

You can't compare native PC games to emulation.
I tried all the possible settings, could you tell me a configuration?
Could you listen and take the screenshots like you were asked?
