What graphics card do you have?

That's a pretty weak CPU for pcsx2.
What is your GPU ?

Potentially latest dev version will work better. Unfortunately it won't be compatible with your driver/GPU.

So in conclusion, do I just have to delete PCSX2? I have PS1 emulator anyway and I can play something else I guess. 

In conclusion, keep playing your games on your ps2 for now.
When you can afford a better machine, it'll be worth using pcsx2
