I am having trouble figuring out how to run PCSX2 version 1.4.0 from a disk. I have changed the drive that CDVD uses to my actual drive. I have searched online for a solution to this issue but they all say the same thing: click on system, boot from CDVD. The problem is, I  don't have a system button to click. If it helps, I am on the first time setup, and cannot get past that because I have no original PS2 to load games from, and the disk isn't working.

You need a BIOS from your console to continue past that section. If you don't have an original PS2 then we can't provide any further support to you.
