No, you need an i9 minimum to run most games fine.
Your specs should be good for simple games though.

depends on the game your playing but with 4.4ghz clock speed you will be perfectly fine.
Turning HT off has boosted STP performance on my i7.. people should do this, not only in emulation, but gained over 100FPS more in CSGO too.
