There's some kind of blur at the top left of stuff in the background and it's really BUGging me.
But seriously it's pretty annoying and here's some pictures. It's most notable in Food Court:



I circled the blurs.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

3. Open GL Hardware, Preset 2, Res: Custom 1280 x 720, Trilinear Texture Filtering, Anisotropic Filtering Off, CRC Hack Level Partial, Disable Depth Emulation, Blending Unit Accuracy High.
4. Parappa the Rapper 2 ISO US

The blur is likely linked to "Res: Custom 1280 x 720"
Anyway game suffers of various issue and disabling depth emulation isn't a real solution.

so theres no solution to this except fiddle with the res?
