Hello, 
 I may have missed something about how to install the plugins correctly but as far as i know Ive followed the instructions properly and my trouble is that i have no configuration settings. Even with the configurations installed in the proper folder i have no options to select in the drop down menus for each plugin. i cant find any specoific language or videos on how to solve this issue. Ive emailed tech support to no avail. Do i have the wrong version of the program? Ive reinstalled several times.I apologize if this is making me sound computer illiterate but i genuinely cannot figure it out.

Enable the option ""Use default setting" and hit ok and open the window again
Also try running pcsx2 as administrator

Thank you! That worked.
But now i get an "unknown error" message.
my directx is up to date.

up to date because you installed the redist, or because you think it's up to date ?
