# CPU options: Default
# Plugins used: GSdx SSE4.1/AVX 1.1.0 GSdx32-SSE4
# Description:This is an Issuse in GTA Vice City Stories (Might Be in other games too i dunno), That it got fixed in an update but only for OpenGL HW, Is it possible for this issue to get fixed for D3D ?

Is there a reason why you can't use the OpenGL renderer? It may never be fixed on DX11 for a long time.
But, you told him to make a bug report!

You cant use shaders as far as i am aware with OpenGL and DX11 is the better way to go
