Using pcsx2 1.3.1 because i've has less issues with it then 1.4.1. Downloaded resident evil outbreak file 1 and 2 and get this error on both when I try to launch. I downloaded both of them from *snip* but heres the thing, it works fine on my home pc but I used a flash drive to transfer pcsx2 so I didnt have to configure it and re downloaded bios and all that. The 2 games are like 4 gbs on my home pc but on *snip* they 3 gbs and the other is like 2.30 gbs so I dont know what do to and I dont remember where I got my versions of the game but I know I downloaded them from the internet.
