I have set it up in the configuration to control the right analogue and when I test the device everything seems to be working fine but when I launch the game it does not register the mouse at all.

Yeah tried all alternative options and nothing is working, it is possible the game I am trying to play is causing the issue (The suffering 2 - Ties that bind)
Also when in game the curson shows itself, is this normal?
