The sunlight and depth of field work in Hardware mode now for the game Black, there is this white line that surrounds the players FOV, I have attached a picture, can one of the PCSX2 developers take a look at this? You can see the white line around the tables and chairs. The white line moves with the player's field of vision.
I am using pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-2078-g595ad99-windows-x86.7z
I am using opengl hardware, hardware depth has been checked. I have a gtx 1070 strix, Windows 10 x64

I think I failed to provide the EE/IOU and the VU setting. I was afraid I would make a mistake writing all the stuff out, so I took screenshots. Thanks!

FWIW, this is also present in Test Drive. I can't recall if it was an old regression or not, but it's related to Alpha Test handling IIRC.
Found the solution: enable HW Hacks and select Round Sprite: Half
