Hey! Sorry for the noob question, but I have tried googling so much and nothing seems to work. I tried all the .pnach methods, and Codebreaker, but nothing..
I'm just basically trying to find a cheat for Resident Evil: Outbreak, to just unlock all characters and costumes. I played this game when I was younger and used to have all the characters and costumes.
If someone could help me with this, I'd be greatly appreciated. I'm fairly new to using PCSX2..
