anyway, you need to enable the Tri-Ace Game Fix first.
For the better performance you should use GSDX 0.1.7.

No it's not good enough, it's the best you'll get I think.
slow cpu for this kinda game. You need 3.0 Ghz at least
try latest svn and the new speedhacks.
wonders can happen.
