I was trying to figure out how. I followed the instructions that were in the help section and it said to do this. I could not find the "New Thread" button. Sorry. Im new to forums. Never used them before in my life on any social website.

It's actually "post thread" and it's in the top right corner as you look at the main listing when in General Discussion.
