Running terribly low frames. Anyone got a settings fix?
PC Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i7-6700
GPU - NVidia GeForce GTX 1070
16GB RAM
2TB HDD
Try setting skipdraw to 1 in the gsdx hw hacks, that should improve speed somewhat.
What version of pcsx2 are you using?

I also noticed an issue with Underground 1:
When i start moving the graphics go to ***** and blur like no tomorrow
using OpenGL
Use skipdraw like ref mentioned. Probably some framebuffer processing fx that are really heavy. IIRC even Midnight Club 3 had this same "issue"
