Music is fine, but sound effects and some voice clips don't play. Is there any way to fix this? expecting an answer real soon.

IIRC, this is a side effect of the patch that makes the game playable.

to put it simple :
- either you disable the patch, and the game will hange in the beginning
- you enable the patch, the game is playable, but you get sound problems
- want both ? play it on your PS2 console.
