So, back in the day when I had a ps2, i had a slightly longer startup, which if possible, I would like to replicate on this emulator, anyway to do so?

Impossible, since you don't have a PS2 anymore.

if you dont understand what i mean: if you put a game in ps2 and launch it, it reads it and stays on the startup screen for a good few seconds, which is what i'm trying to replicate

You can't since you can't boot pcsx2 at all without a bios.
If you don't own a ps2, you can't have a bios.
