It is unable to intialize GS plugin and needs directx.
How can I solve the problem.
Also SSE4.1 not detected.

If you can provide a screenshot, or some extra information (what PCSX2 version, what GDsx version, used DirectX version), it would be better, from this I can only say to first try and update to the latest DirectX version (March 2009 I believe is the latest)... For SSE41 to be detected you have to have a Core 2 Duo Penryn series CPU (E7xxx, E8xxx) or Quad Core (Q9xxx)...

nope this is only detected if your cpu supports it, it doesnt matter what graphics card, operating system, personal swimming pool you have.

plus the Quad Cores Q8xxx, QX9xxx for desktops and SU3xxx, P7/8xxx, T(X)xxx, (X)9xxx, (XX)9xxx for mobile pcs
