Full Version: Program keeps trying to make files in wrong place.

I keep running into A problem involving the gs plugin not being found and also the program keeps-

trying to make folders in my c:\users\charl\documents and I have no clue what to do. Here is what the log says:

I am not a tech savvy person, so if you need more info please let me know..
create a blank portable.ini file in your pcsx2 folder.
that should do the trick

Like I said im not too tech savvy. How do I go about making one of these .ini files?
right click->new text file
then rename the "new text file.txt" into "portable.ini"
