Being absolutely unlucky with shin megami series! 
First i nearly finish Nocturne and my hard drive dies, erasing all progress.
NOW i've been like half way in Persona 3, and I formatted card by accident. 
Is there any way to restore the progress?

Unless you made a backup, or used save states, not much you can really do

This sucks, because save states are also overwriten for some reason =[

Overwritten savestates are automatically backed up. Check your savestates folder. There may be something to help you.
