Okay i been playing all day no problems but once i got to the waterway going to the palace the action menu keeps popping up not a big deal but once i get inside and have to use the shout for the guards itll shour by itself while im trying to find the hidden door its the square button and its binded to numopad4 but i have no idea what to do or anything please help

if anyone knows anything please lmk like there was a point like every step i took he would shout so its hard to keep going
