PCSX2 Version af2278c

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_ldr.170707-0600)

Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 645

This is the issue I'm experiencing, I've tried every GSDX plugin, literally toggled every single setting on and off, and adjusted skipdraw up to 100, and the tc offsets up to 1000, slowly, like 10 at a time, but nothing will fix it. It doesn't happen in software mode, and the videos I've watched of gameplay don't have this issue, the screens are on 3x native but it even happens in native on hardware mode. This is really distracting to me, and I can't really get into the experience if the entire landscape is always flickering, so please help me fix this if there is a way to fix it

EDIT: I know that the z fighting happens normally, but I've compared with other users, including a mod from the discord, and this is significantly worse. It's "supposed" to be a really minor hard to notice flicker, but for me, as you can see, it's almost entire surfaces.
are you using Direct3D9 (Hardware mode)?
I usually use dx11 hardware mode, but it happens in all renderer's on every setting. Only way it doesn't happen is software mode, but others don't have this issue, so I'm sure there's something I can do right? Software runs really slow, and looks like *****.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

No, the one I had is like, really broken. Stepped on. However, I have tried this with my kingdom hearts 2 *non final mix* disc. and it does the exact same thing. If that answers your question.
thazt JP model you own is know to be buggy.
that could explain

Have now tested with all bios available and the issue persists. Hope its ok to say that
Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
