Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Known issue. We already have a massive topic about this on Github, but it's about Tomb Raider: Underworld instead.
In Legend the issue only happens in a few areas in the game, whereas in Underworld it happens p much everywhere. There's no known fix for it atm. aside from using Software mode when it does occur. (in Underworld the bug goes a step further, where even Software mode is somewhat glitchy).

What about OpenGL? Also, maybe try the Memory Wrapping hack, although I doubt it will fix it.
