I'm wondering what the best GS setting would be for my computer. I've attached a info shot of my computer hardware etc. Any suggestions? I'm looking for best GS (i.e. Gsdx32-avx, etc) and Configuration (i.e. Adapter/Renderer). Thanks
entirely depends on the game you're trying to emulate
would be good to know exactly which gpu model you own too.
"Radeon 500 series" is quite vague
video card is very weak and that "GFLOPS number" is way too low and you cannot change that video card therefore there is no possible best settings to run.
Looking at the core clock it's probably RX 560. Use AVX2 plugin since you have Kaby Lake.
Render should be Direct3D 11. OpenGL can be used for games that are light on the GS thread.

According to what I could find it's the AMD Radeon RX550 2gb.

Rachet & Clank. The game slows down and the graphics get all blocking/weird coloring, but it's only happening with that game. My God of War I & II are working just fine.
1 - you need to know this game is really demanding. expecet some slowdowns whatever you do
2 - did you enable mipmapping in gsdx options ?
3 - give latest git a try if not done yet

If I may add, for my hardware, setting the EE cyclerate to 300% and VU cycle stealing to 1 makes it run at speed, most of the time. And MTVU, if not enabled, definitely should be. Still struggles though, they're just demanding games.
