is it alright for " MEX file not found, Creating blank file ", is it an error ?

i have tested with ur setting.. and it was not working.
i gonna new iso file.

maybe you just need to run as admin (right click->run as administrator)

it was still the same.. the game just keep loading on white screen!!

i will create a new ISO file 1st...then i will post it after i have test with my new ISO file..
