when will pcsx2 will use c++ 2017 rather than 2015?

NO that's not how performance works. The ps2's a complex system that needs a lot of power to run. Is your game running slow??? Post your specs we can help here.

They already said in past forums that you need new hardware. Asking mundane questions in a million separate threads isn't going to change anything. Your laptop that you bought for 5 $ at a flee market will never run pcsx2 correctly.

It does atm. Thing is Buildbot compiles 2015 by default. Appveyor compiles both 2015 and 2017.
You can also compile it yourself using VS 2017.
