im running PCSX2 in my mid range laptop.it's run games well at 60FPS but when cutscene start framrate goes to blow 30fps also audio is slowmotion and buggy.
In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
- The version of PCSX2 you are using.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Games : haunting ground (NTSC), Clock Tower 3 (NTSC) all game running from iso file
My hardware : 4GB Ram,Intel Core i3, Nvidia GT 720M,Windows 10
PCSx2 1.4.0 Default setting
