It could also be an issue with the permissions as well.

I installed PCSX2 and now it wont let me render any graphics saying I need to install directx which I do but nothing happens.
Did you download and install the correct dirrectx ? Directx 12 is for windows 10.

You've been hiding stuff from the rest of us. We would also like to have dx12 on w7 and 8.1.
installing pcsx2 to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\" folder or "C:\Program Files\" can and will cause permission issue and other assorted problems with pcsx2.
I thought the install even mentions installing it there might cause permissions and other issues? It been quite some time since i actual use the installer, I pretty much just use the zip and install to my "D:\games\Pcsx2" just to avoid the permission issue other assorted issue that crop up from installing too "C:\Program Files (x86)\"

I not hiding anything, i'm not pc expert. I just try to help out during my free time.

As I said earlier, GSnull won't give you any output. You need to switch to a different GS plugin.

Yeah its working now with 1.5.0 I was just messing with settings on 1.4.0 to see if I could get it to work. The GSnull thing was just more information in case it helped anyone. Now I have to figure out how to get NBA Street Vol . 2 to run at a playable speed.
