OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit
CPU: Intenl i7-4790k @ 4.00GHz
Ram: 16gb
Graphics Card: GeForce MSI GTX970 drivers up to date
DirectX: Installed 1 million times
PCSX2: 1.4.0

I installed PCSX2 and now it wont let me render any graphics saying I need to install directx which I do but nothing happens.
Which DirectX did you install?

It's the same thing.
One is a web installer that downloads the package while installing, the other you download the entire package yourself and install it.

you only need to get the 1st link creat new folder and extract it on it's own folder and run dxsetup

I downloaded it and installed it. I am still getting the "you need to update libraries" message.

is your UAC is at "never notify"

OR

installing the VC++ 2015

No it was not sent to "never notify but I just changed it.
Also VC++ 2015 is installed both x86 and x64

It just takes me to the same downloadd every time and doesnt change anything. I ran PCSX2 in GSnull and I can hear my game starting but there is no visual.
