do you think that it will be able to play pcsx2 good or not

It will run fine for all 2D games and some 3D games but a higher cpu speed would be better (if you ever want to play high-end 3D games)
with the new HAck in rev897 and above you can play most demanding 3D games al almost full speed. But don't keep your hopes high.
I also have an AMD 2.3Ghz machine and I am able to run Naruto ultimate ninja2 and Tekken5 at full speed. You can run soul calibur2 at full speed with an older rev (runs slow with the new one, I don't know why)
keep in mind that you need to run SC2 with ZeroGS as it runs slower with GSdx sse2 in dx9 and dx10 modes.
A lot of games will not run full speed with that CPU. A few games will work pretty good though.
