It's really weird since I can play the game fine on other PCs except mine.

I also have problems with the latest win10 with pcsx2 emulator, this is what I did.
I do a complete reinstall of win10 without win10 update (don't install wifi during win10 installation and enable metered connection to avoid auto update), only updates the drivers. BTW, i use the latest. pcsx2 1.5 emulator.
