How diid you dump your disc ? You miss a layer
Nah, that's not the problem. You have to fiddle with the CPU rounding modes in that area or you get zipped through a tunnel on top of the game area. It happened to me as well.
I don't know if there is a fix but I think it's known that weird things happen on that planet only(including your problem)
Yeah that is a very well known issue in that area of that planet. You literally have to either constantly use savestates and hope you can get through it or change your clamping modes
it's been years since I played, but, I think I used chop to get through that area. Just use savestates and try all of them until one works, I guess.
this is bug that randomly happens on that planet I had happen a few times, I remeber reading someplace messing with clamping fixes
