I'm new to this whole emulation thing so cut me some slack. I don't have a PS2 anymore so this was the next best thing. 

Here are my PCs Specs

-Windows 7 64 bit 
- Intel core i5-4670K 3.40GHz 
-8GB RAM
-XFX Radeon R9 280X graphics card.
I have my computer set to high performance mode and I stop all running background processes when I play. I just can't seem to get the game to run correctly. 

I'm running PCSX2 ver1.5

If you guys could tell me what settings you would recommend that would be greatly appreciated

The first thing to do is buying a PS2. Else you won't be able to use pcsx2
