hi guys 
game have special effects i cant see it like sun lights and reflicts in the airship in start movie the nuclear explosion too so bad and fire .. u feel like game have an overlay or blure make the images so soft i see i t only with dirct3D 11 (software) not (hardware) but the game become so bad with texture slow and little laggy sound become noisey too and i see  circle shapes like front of my gun and every thing have circle shape its not rounded i see it more POLY and sharp like old games u got it if u watch that video u will know what i mean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_jHpQW9QuI 
damn it software give me effects bus i lose my resolution 1920X1080 lose texture filtering and CRC hack .. why cant use both software and hardware ?! i am given up

What specific Metal Gear Solid game are you trying to run, what version of PCSX2 you are using, what are your PC's specs, and what settings you are using? Without knowing that, the only advice I can offer is that DX11 is known to be buggy, try using OpenGL (Hardware) instead as it is much more accurate. Also, none of the images you posted are showing up in my browser.
