Processor: AMD FX-8350 eight-core processor, 4.00 GHZ
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 10 (64bit)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
PCSX2 Version: v1.5.0 Dev 2427
So I got off to a shaky start with this game, FPS was on unplayable speeds, but I thought I had everything figured out until this happened....

I want to make note of the fact I did try setting Skipdraw to 1, but it does nothing. This effect also happens to Sparx, and so far its only happening in the one zone..
And these are my settings:
