I've recently started experimenting with TC Offset as it seems to be helping a few games that have gaps between pixels but aren't helped by Wild Arms Offset.
There's one thing that, if it doesn't exist, would help greatly. Certain on-screen sprites in Sly 2 and Sly 3 are slightly off-centered. If they were moved slightly to the right and slightly downward, it would be perfect. Setting TC Offset X to 500 does move it to the left and make it look more aligned on that axis, however TC Offset Y moves the sprites upwards, which makes it worse on that axis.
Would it be possible to set TC Offset to a negative number to move sprites in the opposite direction? Sprites might not be the correct word.
